  1. You can do this at cropmom.com at http://www.cropmom.com. You can create your own design at Cropmom.com at http://www.cropmom.com a digital online card making, scrapbooking, collage site. I usually use the 5″ by 7″ canvas size. You can also add your own text. Manipulate your photos by rotating, cropping, etc.

Upload your photo. Make a card layout using it. You can add your own text, shadows, etc. There are thousands of designer graphics to choose from to create your card. You can even create a fake magazine cover and put your own photos on it.

Then save it. Go to My CropMom and click on the layout. Then click the “share” link. It’ll let you enter the email address of the recipient, and your card will be sent via email for free. Or you can upload to your favorite social networking site for free.

An, if you want, you can purchase the print-quality JPEG file of your layout (it doesn’t cost much) and download it to your computer.

From here, you can either print your layout at home. Or – what I usually do – is have my layout printed on a 5″ by 7″ greeting card by Shutterfly or Snapfish.

Snapfish lets you also put images inside of the card, so I usually make a layout not just for the cover of the card but for the inside of the card.
