I don’t know a way to check, but if you have a pro Flickr account, you can go to your stats, that tells you where your views come from, and you can see clicks from tumblr pages. Of course if people aren’t clicking through, you may never know, but I find mine there, and you can tell who re-posted them too.

Sharing pictures with a pre-determined group is very easy with Google+. This is just one of many features that make Google+ a smart choice.

  2. No.

Assuming you have a Flickr pro account (that’s needed for you to have access to your stats on Flickr, free accounts do not have stats) it’s very unlikey that you will be able to track Tumblr to Flickr.

A post on Tumblr generates a copy of the photo on their site – that’s the image which the thumbnail links to. It does not link back to your image on Flickr.

Flickr cannot track a copy of a photo hosted elsewhere.

There’s more information on Flickr stats here – http://www.flickr.com/help/stats

Edit to add – TW & Tom – are you twins seperated at birth? Your thought processes seem identical.
