Privacy is a big concern among Facebook users. This is no more evident than where photos are concerned. Whenever you share photos of yourself, your family, vacation, parties and other memories and events, keep privacy in mind. You control with whom to share the pictures you upload with the exception of your current profile photo, which is always visible to everyone. Facebook allows you to edit the privacy level of photo albums. You can also set the visibility of a wall photo before you share it on your Wall.
Click the “Account” menu at the top right of any Facebook page. Select “Privacy Settings” from the menu.
Click “Customize settings” while on the “Choose Your Privacy Settings” page.
Click “Edit privacy settings for existing photo albums and videos” under “Things I share.” Facebook will display all your photo albums and videos with a privacy button under each one.
Click the gray privacy button below the photo album you want to change settings for.
Choose an option from the privacy menu. To share with everybody — even non-friends — click “Everyone.” To share with only friends, click “Friends.” To share with friends and the friends of your friends, click “Friends of Friends.” To hide a photo album from everyone except yourself, click “Customize,” select ‘Only Me” from the drop-down list in the “Custom Privacy” dialog box and click “Save Setting.” You can also hide or show the photo album to specific friends from within this dialog box.
Select another photo album and change its privacy setting using the same procedure.
